LOW-CALORIE FUDGE BROWNIES

These fudgy brownies are ridiculously low-calorie and easy to make! You wouldn't even believe that they're vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and oil-free!



Ingredients

90g Gluten-free flour (or oat flour)

150g Monkfruit sweetener (or erythritol)

2 tsp Ground instant coffee

1 tsp Baking powder

Pinch of salt

600g Sparkling water (or any carbonated beverage)

Topping: Pecans, Dark chocolate chips, Flakey salt


Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C). Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (cacao powder, protein powder, gluten-free flour, monkfruit sweetener, baking powder, and salt) until evenly distributed.

  3. Stir in the sparkling water until smooth. Batter should be very liquid.

  4. Pour into the lined pan. Top with pecans and chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for 25-35 min.

  6. Let cool in the pan for 5 min before cooling completely on a wire rack. Wait at least 30 mins out of the pan before slicing.

  7. Top with flakey salt and enjoy guilt-free!
